Just scrolled through your posts to find what it looked like just after the accidents versus how it is now. Surprising how much damage was done in both accidents and how just fine it looks now. Any minor things you can still notice or is it fully repaired? Seems like your body shop does pretty good work and you got a bit lucky with no structural damage. I have a friend with a GLI, very fun and somewhat unique cars!

I would leave it stock for maximum sleeper effect. NO ONE will suspect that thing has 300whp. Especially if you remove that license plate frame.

There’s one thing, it clunks when you turn the wheel from lock to lock at low speeds, or under hard braking. It’s intermittent though, happens when it’s hot out. I’ll get it sorted when i do the new engine mounts and suspension next month!

Overall it drives great! Pretty much anything mechanical that’s been possibly damaged has been upgraded at this point

I agree! My family has had 3 GTI’s and all were white with the clark plaid interior.
